CARECROSS NOT WILLING TO MEET HALFWAY ON CLAIMS

I am honestly very dissapointed in Carecross. I have complained about late claims, complained about the unfriendly staff and now I will complain about their unwillingness to meet me half way with a dental claim that I submitted to them for reimbursment. The dentist I used was previously contracted to Carecross but somewhere along the line she was removed from their network. She requested to be put back on the network way before I had my dental procedure done and the dentist can be contacted to verify this as i also saw an email that she sent to Carecross. Previous claims that I sent in for Dentists that are contracted to Carecross were also not paid in full, so where is the consistency here? I am now sitting with a loss of R2000 that Carecross will not pay me back. I have sent them a fax and email to please consider my claim as a once off because I will no longer require any further dentistry except for the normal and basic things. I am paying a medical aid premium of R982 and now it seems like I cannot make use of it. I did explain that the dentists in my area are not up to my standard and that is why i chose her. Why can't Carecross just pay out this once off Claim for me???
