Co-payments when visiting approved doctors/dentist

When you are a member with CareCross Health (through Liberty Health, Bona Plus option), you must make use of their listed service providers. Almost all approvals go through your GP. The problems: There are a lot of acute medication excluded when you go to the pharmacy, even if medicine was prescribed by a CareCross GP; the CareCross listed dentist sent me a bill of more than a thousand rand after a routine check-up for my family with no specialized dentistry done! ; CareCross refused to pay a pathologist even though all the paperwork was in order through forms completed by our GP.
When I phoned Care Cross more than a week ago demanding feedback from a senior person in their organization on all my cases where co-payments were charged, the call or e-mail never came! Today the call centre person promised to escalate the matter... I will not pay and any ITC listing as a result will lead to legal action. I have been a member of Liberty Health since 2007 and this is the worst service since then.
