Funds removed from my MSA to pay for PMB claims!

C. Hofmeyr diagnosed my son with chronic middle ear infection in Jul 2012. He recommended grommet surgery, but neglected to advise me about the PMB benefit. A Karjieker did the grommet surgery in Jul & advised me about the PMB & to claim for associated bills in 2012 (R400 - C Hofmeyr 24/07, R212.20 - ear drops19/07, R94.69 - antibiotic 23/07) I did this on 23/01/2013. It was handled by Waseem Seedat in the PMB dep who called me on my cell confirming approval of my claim. Monies were dep into my bank in Jan. Only to discover, it was paid from MSA. I queried this with Waseem. He apologized for the incorrect info & logged a query. I never heard back from him. My son saw Dr Karjiker on the 16/02/2013. R445.60 was deducted from my MSA, not the PMB benefit. CC agent B.Tametse said my benefit expired in 2012. I disputed this & her manager Vishal Chunderkan said they would reverse this charge. I asked her for an e-mail confirmation. I'm still waiting. Dr. Karjiker and Zanela in the Chronic dep says I am allowed to submit a PMB claim after the treatment date and it will be reviewed. I pay R3000 to Discovery & facts prove my son is treated as ashmatic & has grommets!
