Claims not paid

A prescribed minimum benefit claim has not been fully paid as is legislated. (Dr. NV Martin) >R1000 is still unpaid from a claim of 14 october 2012.

Also, An out of hospital claim for a prescribed minimum benefit has not been paid. The claims were for the period following hospitalisation for six weeks of treatment that were needed for mid October-early December 2012.

However the out of hospital claim was only authorised for the period of January 2013 onwards which is incorrect.

I phoned a service specialist over a week ago to sort it out. I was told I would be phoned back on 28 January with feedback. However I've had no feedback by today, 01 Feb 2013.

I also spoke to another service specialist on 18 January 2013 (initials ZS) re this problem, ref no 2701361517. She promised to give me feedback, however none has been forthcoming.
