Good day
I'm a key care member, I have been robbed from my own money due to incompetent staff. That does'nt have the decency to call a client, nor an email asking whether it is fine for discovery just to feel they can do what they think is the right way of handling a situation. I have been paying up until February a contribution towards medical aid R868. In April they deducted a sum of R2000. odds. As soon as I have notice I called a consultant they informed me its due to the fact of salary notification that happens yearly. I had no problems regarding this matter and corrected the details which they told me will be settled as soon as i send through all required info. Its been 2 weeks and still no feedback. I called again and they have told me i had not send all documents at all, after giving the consultant a piece of my mind I received an email stating they received my details and they will payout in 7 working days. Its the 7th of May 2013 still no feedback nor payment received and yet they deducted in April again!! I called and asked what the was going on. Then the consultant told me the department said that they will not be deducting end of May!! NO COMMUNICATION
