Withdrawal of funds from account

I applied for membership on line. I was sent a sms to say my membership was accepted but when I asked for a copy of the membership policy they had loaded the premium by an additional R500.00 and the limitations and waiting periods where insane. I immediately contacted them and adives I would not take up this option as I would never be able to afford the premiums. This policy was only to take effect from the 1st of May 2013 and I contacted them on the 19th April 2013 to cancel. I also phoned Sadonia at their call centre on the 30th April 2013 to ensure that they knew I was not taking up the offer and I was assured that the policy would not take effect on the 1st of May 2013 and that no funds would be deducted from my account. Liars! I wake up this morning and my account is in the red! Now I have to take time off work, go into the bank and try and get them to reverse this withdrawal and now there is insufficient funds to cover my other debit orders which will result in more cost's to myself. There service is unacceptable.
