Cancelled contract: No terms change notification

Numerous back and forth with the email "vitalityinfo" has been FUTILE and frustrating.

My Gym contract was cancelled, while I was not even notified of the change in terms from my pre-2010 contract.
my attendance requirement was apparently increased from 24 to 36 (in a rolling 12 month cycle) without my notification of this change in "lifetime contract", and hence my contract was terminated.

Complete stubborn and ignorant "help" was offered.

Never have I been so dissatisfied in my life before.
