Spa from!!!

I purchased a VIP full day spa package voucher from Groupon, after several attempts to secure a booking my call was finally answered by Ntando beginning of April. The treatment turned out to be 5 hours.
2. When we finally got there (The Lakes Hotel), we greeted the therapists (i assume) who had no name tags or a decent uniform, who didn't bother to greet, welcome or orientate us. They never smiled nor interacted with us in anyway
3. We were ushered into a cold room that looked more like bathrooms with the sewer pipes visible. The bathroom was filthy, i mean really filthy and from there everything was downhill until the manager by the name of Rose kicked us out ( @ 2:PM. Our treatment was further shortened.
4. When i thought the ordeal was over i get an sms telling me out of 30 white couples i had to be the one to complain. The person did not identify him/herself

DON'T GO THERE PLEASE PEOPLE!!! I BEG YOU!!!
