Horrible service by Annona spa

I bought a spa voucher on groupon on the 5th of June 2013. Before buying it I called the merchant and informed them that I want to redeem the voucher on monday the 17th June as it was our annivesary and wanted to take my wife for a a full day spa. I paid R1125 for VIP package. We arrived there and the place was lovely, but I really had a lot of unpleasant surprises about this place:
1. I knew that they were serving a cold breakfast (cereals and fruits) bit I was surprised that it was served in a cold room, they only had 6 chairs with no tables, so we had to eat our breakfasts on our laps, the only tables and extra seating available was outside and it was freezing cold
2. When we got into the room, it was freezing cold, their power kept on tripping and we didn't even enjoy our first treatment as our minds we focused on the cold
3. Their therapists are not skilled at all, the treatments were not enjoyable at all
4. We were promised 6 treatments only got 5, we didnt get our body scrub as per the VIP email i got, then the lady tells us that we didnt buy a VIP voucher
5. We waited for 30 minutes before we could get our lunch and when it came it was horrible, take aways.
