Can anyone please explain to me if any of your great "deals" are checked upfront to make sure that the establishment can actually offer the services offered? If "Yes" then is it possible for you to put me in touch with the human being who actually rates this establishment as a 3 - Star? This deal came through to my email address on the 9th of April, and my girlfriend requested that this would be the perfect gift to spoil my mom on her birthday. After all, a birthday should be celebrated in style and comfort right? WRONG. I have never been so embarrassed in my life. We bought two of the vouchers, and Maria confirmed the booking for the 20th of April, at 15:00. Confirmation of proof attached for your purposes.
