I purchased via Groupon a "Full DAY SPA" package at Destiny Fulfilled Therapy Spa (PTY) LTD,
Voucher code: 0010095QBM.
Firstly the only opening these people had was in April, i was a bit dissapointed as i wanted to use it for my wifes birthday on the 19.01.2013.
The Spa was fully booked on that day so i was advised to choose another day which i did.
To cut a long story short, my voucher says VIP FULL DAY SPA PACKAGE (FULL DAY).
According to the supplier FULL DAY runs from 12.30pm - 17.00pm???
When i queried this with Groupon and the supplier, i was advised by the supplier to go onto their website as their website stated this, so i did.
Their website stated under the VIP FULL DAY SPA TREATMENT:
Breakfast and Lunch
I queried this with the supplier on when do they intend serving Breakfast if the SPA only starts at 12.30pm,
i have not received any feedback on that question.

I started emailing Groupon to advise me with regards to this situtation on the 15.01.2013 and till today 23.01.2013, I am yet to receive a response from Groupon.
