This company damaged my expensive queen base/mattress and washing machine. Lots of broken items and damaged/ripped boxes. They denied liability and blamed my self storage company (cemented roof to floor, locked by myself and the key kept with me). What happened to my stuff in their storage in Durban remains a mystery. This turned out to be an expensive excercise in more ways than one. Be careful and submit photos to them of all your goods prior to your move, to cover yourself. Best advice I can give anyone. I regret not using a company I've used before.
