Sitting with an un-assembled wardrobe

Good Day
I bought a kitchen unit and the 6door wardrobe at Akhona Bree street on Thursday, they assured me delivery to be Friday and yes it did happen and they also assured me that somebody will come on Satuday to assemble these things, nobody came until today and sadly I had to take a day off today hoping they will come.
Is this how Akhona treats their customers, they just dont care because now I paid they've got my money so they actually dont care what happens on my side?

I am so dissapointed, their service sucks
