Randburg Movers
Worst moving service ever!

During our office move, we acquired the services of Randburg Movers to assist us. We required them to assist us with the packing, transport to the new office and transport to the storage unit, as well as off loading of the furniture and boxes at the office and storage unit.

We paid upfront for the service. On the day of the move, we ended up doing most of the work. All of this, we could have overlooked, but when we arrived at the storage unit where they had offloaded the remainder of furniture and boxes, we were shocked to say the least! Everything was THROWN into the unit, on top of each other. In addition some expensive items were missing. We immediately contacted Randburg Movers and showed them the pictures of what the storage unit looked like. We also sent them the list of things broken and missing and asked that they take action. We paid insurance as well and asked that they use it to either pay us back or replace the missing and broken goods. To date, they have not even bothered to get back to us...
