BED NOT UP TO STANDARD

Since the 1st day that I bought the bed, there was an issue on the account, when I checked the invoice they charged more, they had to change it, cool I had to wait for 6 weeks to get the bed, I even started paying and the bed was not there yet. The bed was delivered in the 1st month after delivery I already complained about the bed, we wake up every morning with back pain that are killing us. After the 4th or 5th complaint house and home decided to sent somebody from Restonic, the guy from Restonic made appointments but never pitched. after a sarcastic email he decided to come to check. he said his got the solution, to make a pillow top for the bed, we said its fine, but week after week we also had to ask about it. I've got the pillow top on the bed and it is even worse. Some Clinton guy from Restonic phoned and said we must pay the pillow top, I explained to him how can we pay for something if the problem is still there, he said to me keep in mind that now I must pay it out of my own salary and threaten me. I told him to come and take his pillow top and I also emailed House and home to come and collect there bed and refund me the money that was paid on the bed - help
