I bought a samsung plasma frm home corp, in less than a year it had technical malfunctions, I reported this @ home corp where I bought the telli frm, Samsung assigned agents who repaired the tv, in less than a year that the tv was repaired I had 2 contact home corp & Samsung because the Teli was faulty once again, my tv was booked in and I have been with no tv for 2 weeks, no feedback frm both parties, i called 2 enquire only 2 b told that that r waiting 4 a part & I will have to pay cause the warranty has lapsed, I refuse 2 pay because no one told me I will have to pay, no quotation was given to me and all of a sudden I should pay 4 a tv dat was faulty twice in a 2 year period, I asked speak 2 1of the managers @ home corp, the "manager" promised & failed 2 call me on 2 occasions, I asked for his superior who was not "available" & failed 2 return my call as I was promised, i called Samsung who said there is no 1 frm voice of the customer to speak 2 & there "manager" denied me an opportunity to speak to him, Samsung & home corp, I want my plasma back
