Pathetic treatment of clients

Electronics and household app.

I had the misfortune of purchasing a Samsung 46"LCD TV in 2010.I had problems with it from the outset. Eventually after many phone calls without response I resorted to Hellopeter I then had a response from Samsung and was told they do not support this model any longer (What? After 1 year and R15000?)They then agreed to replace it with a LED TV.This took months before it happened. Much to my dismay the new TV also had problems which Samsung diagnosed as the mother board. It took 4 months to replace this part, but it did not resolve the problem. I was now told that they would replace the TV again. This was approx 6 months ago. To date, I still have not received it despite numerous phone calls and promises. Once again I find myself asking how a company the size of Samsung can treat their customers with such contempt and why is it necessary to resort to Hellopeter to get any response out of them? PATHETIC!!!
