Poor service and bad attitude

I am very unhappy with the lack of support and customer care at the Eastgate Store. The staff are extremely rude and do not act professionally and the whole experience does not live up to the reputation of Apple. This is the worst experience I have ever encountered at a company.

Cannot go on the website to lodge a formal complaint on the Apple South Africa website as there is not a function to do so!!!
