Warrenty on products

I am FURIOUS!!! I bought in Jan 2013 a HT-E453HK DVD Home Entertainment System
From Game Brits, one of the extendable Speakers is making a crackling sound, static sound if you play a dvd or if you play it on your tv, which is a Samsung product as well.

So enquiring about the repair of the speaker I was told that the speakers is not under warrenty, so what is excatlu??? Why the will you sell a entertainment unit and if something is broken like in my case, it can't be replaced, the system isn't 3months old yet. So what's the use there is a guarantee/warrenty on the product if almost none of the components is covered for.

This is a discrase for samsung, bad selling of product. I will NOT pay for a new speaker or foer the speaker to be fixed, I want a refund!!!

If your selling a prouct with a warrenty, everything should be covered!!! you can just as well not sell the product if notg is ensured with the warrenty/gurantee.

Don't get me wrong I love my samsung product, but this sound system is brand new, and I have the receipt, so I totally refuse to pay!!!
