LG Home Theater System not working

I bought a LG Home Theater System Model number: BH6220S. The front left side speaker port is not working properly, there is a creaking sound (distorted) so much that one can not uses the system unless it is unplugged. I took it back to HiFi Cooperation East London and they send it to the repair agent Rays in East London. They in return said there is nothing wrong with the product. I drove down to East London picked it up and connected the system only to find the same fault present. All feed back i get is that i have to bring it back again. The product has a two year guarantee.
Not happy with HIFI Cooperation Customer Service nor LG. I will never buy a LG product in my life again.
