Really really bad mer·chan·dise

About 3 months ago i bought a sansui 42inch hd tv from this place. They also sold me an extended warrenty. The speakers were never state of the art. Tonight we were busy watching tv and then the tv just said no signal and made a very loud sound, (none of the hdmi channels work nor the tv) almost like the speakers could not go any louder. Now i need to take it back. Brand new tv. I demand a refund to go buy a new tv from a shop that does not sell damaged goods.
