Very poor sound system quality

I bought my wife the Kia Picanto and it is an awesome vehicle and the service i received from Kia Hatfield was great. I havent and dont drive the car much but my wife is in love with it besides one problem which is actually a big problem, the 6 speaker sound system. She complained from day one and i tried playing around with the equalizer to see if i can make it sound better but no luck.

I had to drive the car now recently and i had first hand experience to hear how bad the quality is. I remember i have complained to Kia hatfield about it right in the biggening when my wife said shes not happy and they said those are the speakers...

So i decided now to go and see if i can get a new system installed and R5000 is the best quote i could get for a qualified installer and that is ridiculous! The Picanto was advertised that is as a powerful sound system standard with the 1.2EX but there is no clear indication of a powerful sound system nor 6 speakers i am not disputing the 6 speaker claim that Kia has but there has to be a way to rectify this with out it costing me R5000.

I know i am not the only person complaining about this problem so please sort this out.
