Sound System Nelspruit Never to be Trusted!

On the 23/11/2012 we collected a bass guitar amp that we have hired from Sound Sytems, on arravival Matthew Loram was the one who was helping us, he said the amp we had originaly booked was out and he gave us a bigger one at not extra costs, and he just showed us how to connect the amp, and gave us the cables need, but he never tested the amp in our presence. When we retured the amp 26/12/2012, another gentleman was helping us, and he said he had to test the amp before they can return our R 1000 deposit. When they tested it they found one speaker not working and they claimed that it was working before. And told us they had to repair it first and if there is any money left it will be refunded. It has been over 2 months now, we have not heard anything from them, and when i contact them they said they are still busy. Now they tell me that they can not get spares to repair it, which means that we might not get our money back. AND THAT IS DAY LIGHT.
