Sound Specialist
They called sound specailists "Not really"

I went there with a fly sound box want them to put it into my car from my GF car, so they gave a verbal quote of R950.00, R150 for wire and the rest of R800 for and one and a half hours of labour. so I said cool. I took the box out of my gf car and then gave it to them as far as I knew it was working when I left it. anyway I left and then got a call about an hour and a half later saying that there is a problem, the sub did not work and they had done a whole installation, and didn't even test it before.

I went there and said "ok what the problem" and in a really bad attitude of "I don't really care" he said that it doesn't work and I supplied him with a broken sub to place, instead of finding a solution or giving me a discount as I am paying R950 for some wire. he does nothing to help me and demands that I pay in full. when I asked if he tested it before he put it in he said why should he? REALLY?

"would have saved me all from wasting time and money!!! but anyways" according to the way he dealt with this situation he does not care about customers anyway.

well that's what it seemed like anyway.
