Compensation claim still not resolved

I lodged a claim for compensation for my fridge spoils as a result of my fridge packing up and only being repaired 2 weeks later by Samsung. I lodged my claim (Reference Number : 7111909281) on 22 January 2013 and was told same would be processed end of Jan failing which end of Feb. Its end of March and I have received no compensation - worse still, despite my several follow ups, I can never get through to Head office (one holds on longer than the City of Johannesburg's call centre) and when I do the persons dealing with my claim are never available and do not reply to my requests to get in touch to provide feedback. This lack of service sums up my experince of Samsung so far and reaffirms my view never to purchase Samsung again.
