Pathetic after server for Samsung!!

HOW is it possible that a company like samsung can only have 1 servicing agent for post warranty repairs!!

A great company - NOT!!! - called "Let me Repair". Contacted them on Wednesday (20 March) and gave them all the details. Today (25 March) have still not heard from them. So the calls begin with me phoning and giving them all my details again and a promise to call back by 12h00. 12h10 I call Samsung directly pleading for another number or assistance - NOTHING!!! They only have this agent in CT!! A follow up call to Let me Repair AGAIN and AGAIN I had to provide all my details. This time I was going to be cc'd on a mail to the supervisor. 12h30 no email, no call - follow up call this time asking to speak to supervisor. This of course is not possible!! So I am told another person would call in ten minutes. Phone call from Mark who takes all my details AGAIN and assures me that he would mail me immediately with the reference and quote. 13h47!! nothing!!! I am so frustrated as all I need is a person to come out and fix the fridge!!! Can this be so difficult!!!
