I recently experienced problems with my Samsung fridge whereby the fridge compartment warms up and the freezer compartment stays cool. I went to Metro home centre where I purchased the fridge and they logged a call for me on Monday when the call centre was open again, On Tuesday i received a call from Samsung South Africa whereby they took my details and logged a call for a technician to attend, the technician phoned me on Wednesday and attended on the same day, he came to my house open the fridge and didn't't test anything, he just took a photo of the fridge serial number and said it was a faulty sensor and that someone will contact me the next day. It has been almost two weeks now and I have been phoning Samsung South Africa everyday but everyday they have the same excuse that they will follow up with the technician and provide me with feedback, I am still waiting for feedback. I can't see why I the customer should phone everyday and ask for feedback and when it will be resolved, all I want is for the problem to be fixed as I am throwing away food every week and as such I am losing money. This really pathetic considering that the fridge is not even a year old.
