Bad after sales service by Samsung!

My double door Samsung fridge was malfunctioning and so I called Samsung for a service. They referred me to one of their service providers, who does after sales service for them. The name of the company is OEG, and they are are an authorised Samsung agent. They repaired my fridge in December 2012 and gave a three month workmanship warranty on the fridge. Beginning of February I started experiencing the same problems on the fridge and called OEG on the 5th of February as per the 3 month warranty given, and they have been giving me the runner around ever since. I called Samsung to complain and spoke to a Juanita who manages the Samsung service agents, and upon hearing that the fridge was no longer under warranty she lost all interest in my case. I am stuck with a fridge that does not work, my food is rotting in the fridge and OEG promises to send the technician, who happens to be the owner of OEG and this is the tenth day I have been waiting for them to come out and repair. I am very dissapointed in Samsung for failing to manage their agents better as this is really bad after sales service, I can say with certainty that I will never buy a Samsung product ever.
