Electronics and household app.

I purchased a Samsung Fridge in May 2013. On 15th January 2014 after being away for a few days I got back to a fridge that was not working. Everything had gone off in the fridge and it was a total mess. Reported it on the 15th January 2014. After receiving a number of SMS's with various reference numbers, cancellations and new reference numbers, it took me 7 days of continual telephone calls and follow up (both to Samsung and then other sub contractors that I was told to contact - not sure why this is my responsibility as a customer as I thought I was dealing with Samsung) to finally get a technician to come and fix the fridge on the 22nd of January (after being without a fridge for a whole week). I explained that there was staining in certain of the freezer drawers caused by the food going off. I have made several follow ups but again to no avail. I am truly disappointed that it has taken me so much time and effort just to get my fridge sorted out and it's still not finalised. I would certainly have to question whether I would choose to buy any Samsung products in the future.
