Samsung's Claim Process a No NO

Electronics and household app.

The fridge I bought from Samsung stopped working in December and most of the food I bought went off. I called Samsung's claim division, spoke to Naeem Karim and completed all their required complex tasks found on their non friendly claim's forms which make it almost impossible to claim. I received the following, Reference Number : 7110466768. It was explained that it could take up to 3 months for claim to be processed. All I asked for, was for a frequent update from Naeem about the process, to which I have had to call and ask about it as he has never phoned. I doubt he has even put the claims forward.

This has changed my view about Samsung's customer service. I believed in the product which malfunctioned, which I can understand. But the fact that they almost seem cold in not meeting me halfway is a big concern. Almost like you have to cross your fingers nothing breaks should you buy any of their products because the claims division keeps you in the dark and wondering if they actually understand that their reputation is on the line when they put a product to the public.

I would like to know what happening with the claim
