Unhelpfullness and Poor Service

Electronics and household app.

After buying our JBL Docking Station from Istore @ Gateway, it broke. We took it in to Centurion branch for
repairs within in second week of January. After the manager consulted us it wouldn't't take longer than 2 weeks to have replaced (because JBL do
not repair their products but replace), it's been nearly 6 weeks and not heard of them.

On the 23rd of Feb we decided to go to the shop only to find an assistant very unhelpful and telling us they'll get back to
us on Monday. No excuse or reason why they have not contacted us.

We love the apple products but seeing that levels of service is so poorly in South Africa in doubting in getting
more products from Apple. I would rather then consider another product with better service levels.
