Poor customer service

Electronics and household app.

I recently went to the iStore in Gateway to sign up for an iPhone contract on the 8ta network. According to the myistore website 8ta contracts are available. When I arrive at the store the workers there are clueless, about what's on offer. They are insisting that no such contract is available. After I showed them the site they were even more lost. A worker took my name and number and said he will look into the matter and get back to me.
It's been FIVE days no call yet.

I find that a lot of the workers there are clueless about apple products and their job. If sales and service is going to constantly be this bad it's going to be a very poor reflection on the brand.
