Apple promise the world but fail to delive

Apple Icare plus is absolutely a money making thing.
On the website icare plus is advertised that you have accidental coverage on products
But apple say that unit not covered, staff don't know there products becuase they say it covers
accidental coverage and other say it does not. Repairs is more that actual product repairs where valued at R18000 while product brand new is R13000.
After four days after sending them emails even no reply and a lot more phone calls no answer.
