No customer service at I store menlyn

I have 3 Apple divices. I had some questions on how the I -tunes is working and no one in the public can help me with this questions and i live in Bloemfontein. I went to pretoria for Business so decided to Visit I Store in Menlyn Shopping centre and see if they can help me. All the poeple that work at that shop is so ruud and they cant and dont want to help me with my questions. The staff that work there think they are some kind of because they work at Apple store. The staff tell me that I must pay R200 before they can help me I have never seen and heard of this? I have bought 3 apple products and i feel they must help me with this because it is there products. I will never purchuse any apple product ore recoment it to any one. There is no one out there that can help you with after sales service. I will move now over to SaMsung products because they have better service.
