I REPORTED A PROBLEM ON MY REFRIGERATOR ON 7/01/2014 AND WAS CONTACTED ON 8/01/2014 BY THE SERVICE AGENTS SAMSUNG ARRANGED TO CAME OUT FOR REPAIRS AND WAS TOLD THAT THEY WILL BE THERE ON 9/01/2014. MY HUSBAND WAITED THE WHOLE DAY AND LATE AFTERNOON WHEN NO ONE HAS ARRIVED HE CONTACTED THEM AND WAS TOLD THAT THEY COULD NOT SEND SOMEONE OUT - BUT DID NOT TAKE THE TROUBLE TO CONTACT US. I CONTACTED SAMSUNG AGAIN STATING THE PROBLEM AND UNTIL TODAY 13/01/2013 I HAVE HAD NO WORD FROM EITHER SAMSUNG OR THE SERVICE AGENTS. IT IS A VERY EXPENSIVE PRODUCT AND IT IS THE SECOND TIME IN A YEAR THAT WE HAVE TO CALL OUT SERVICE AGENTS, I FEEL VERY DISSAPOINTED IN THE PRODUCT AND THE SERVICE OF SAMSUNG!
