Brand new double door samsung fridge not working

We bought a black double door fridge for R16999 at you game store in Woodlands Pretoria. A week later we found the fridge side mot to work and we were told by the store that they will send a Technician out to sort the but I just thought by spending that much on one of your products they should replace it. I refuse to sit with a product of yours with a problem
