Faulty TV

Electronics and household app.

We bought a Samsung 40 inch LED tv from Incredible Connection in December 2012. 8 months down the line the tv started giving problems. We spoke to Incredible Connection who referred us to Samsung Smartcare who referred us to a repair centre called CRT. We booked it in at the latter company on the 12th August. On the 16th we were told to collect the tv who according to CRT had been repaired. They only verbally confirmed that it had been repaired. When we plugged in the tv at home, it was worse than before!! Calls to Samsung and Incredible Connection have not been satisfactorily resolved as we want the tv replaced! Samsung referred us back to Incredible Connection who will now refer it back to Samsung!! Who is actually going to take responsibility?? We refuse to wait another 10 days or so to have the set repaired and being sent from pillar to post by people who seem so reluctant to help! Feeling utterly disgusted at Samsung's so-called service. They are the manufacturer and should surely take a lot more responsibility for THEIR poor product and should certainly not be referring us to a supplier to have the issue resolved. Very disappointed!!!
