Hisense the Epitomy of Disgusting Service

I bought a 55" TV early in November last year which turned out to be faulty. There were many issues first getting a reliable technician to assess the problem and then getting a replacement delivered; after taking 2 days leave waiting for it to arrive, the replacement set turned out to be a used or previously "on-display" set due to what had been omitted from the packaging and the scuff marks present. It became obvious Hisense were trying to palm off this set onto me when they told me they were now out of stock & I must wait for early January.

The saga continued from early January, and today is the 6th February and still no light in the tunnel - I have had nothing but from Percy about resolving the issue; the odd times i do get hold of him he claims he cannot understand it but was sure the replacement had already been arranged. At no time has he ever bothered to follow up with me; it is always I who has had to contact him to follow up on any progress, and getting hold of him is ridiculously difficult.

So a disgusting state of affairs ridiculing the Hisense name and its proclaimed motto. After 3 months I am none the wiser as to Hisense's intentions after spending over R16000.
