BEEN WAITING A YEAR FOR A TV TO BE DELIVERED

I OPENED AN ACCOUNT WITH MTN DIRECT IN WHICH I WAS TO RECEIVE A CELLPHONE AND A TV FROM HISENSE, THIS WAS JULY 2012 IT IS NOW END OF APRIL 2013 AND STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY TV, I HAVE TRIED ON NUMEROUS OCCASIONS TO CONTACT HISENSE BUT THEY JUST PUT THE CALL DOWN, NO ONE IS ASSISTING ME WHAT SO EVER, NOW I HAVE BEEN PAYING FOR SOMETHING I DO NOT HAVE AND NOTHING IS BEING DONE ABOUT IT ON THEIR SIDE
