Circuit City Rocks!

I purchased a LiveScribe Smart Pen from Circuit City early in Oct 13. I tested it out, registered it, and put it away for my next interview. (The Smart Pen records voice & writing). Yesterday, one day before the interview, I took it out to charge it to prepare for an interview I had today. The pen worked but the display screen was blank. I spoke to Circuit City who responded to me in a flash. They would do a straight swop for a new pen, as they knew that a recent batch has battery problems. But what is awesome is that Steve volunteered to meet me at the venue before my interview started. He made sure that it was loaded and ready for immediate use by me. Now that is what I call service!! Well done Avril Steinhobel, and Steve Nossel.
