Disgusting - Will NEVER buy Hisense again

I bought a great LCD TV from Game about 2 years ago. Unfortunately my remote for the TV broke. I emailed Hisense for a replacement. After numerous emails and weeks of waiting and begging I finally got a quotation from Percy Chinna. I made payment along with R85 for delivery (Obscenely expensive for a 20gram parcel). It was then delivered only to realise it was the incorrect remote. I had clearly given the make an model of my TV.

I have now called Percy and the alleged Customer Service Manager, Karmen and still have no remote and have paid.

When calling the call centre hardly anyone answers their phones (tried service, sales, Percy, Karmen and even Reception numerous times). and extensions. I have been transferred from pillar to post.

I am completely disgusted in the service I have received and as a result will never ever consider buying a Hisense product which is actually sad as they have good products and great prices.

I NEED either a remote or a refund urgently.
