On 2013-11-13 I bought LG TV 106CM (42) LED @ JET MART WEST STREET DUEBAN.ON 2013.12.23 IT LOST SIGNAL EVEN WHEN CONNECTING TO DSTV OR DVD ITS SAYS NO SIGNAL. ON JANUARY 03.2014 I foned LG CSC ON 0800 545454 &REPORTED THE MATTER, THE GENTLEMAN WHO HELPED ME BOOKED ME FO TECHNICIANS WHOM HE SAID THEYL COM N CHECK IT HERE AT HOME. ON 2014. 12 I PHONED AGAIN SINCE NO TECHNICIANS HAD CAME AND THE LADY I SPOKE TO SAID THEYL COME AND GAVE ME REF NO: RNE140103073683.ON 2014.01.14 THEY GUY WITH T SHIRT WRITTEN "BONGO"CAME TO COLLECT TV, I TOLD HM THEY SAID HE WILL CHECK IT HERE, HE LEFT N SAID HE KNOWS NOTING ABOUT TVS. NEXT DAY I PHONED AGAIN ON 0800 545454 AND THEY GAVE ME 0317006305. On the 16th they came n took tv, with its cord, they they return tv on 21 there was no cord. I told them and they promised to bring it next day but they brought it on the 23rd @17h00 and the rogn cord. I foned again and told them the cord they gave me is not fitting sinnce it got 2holes while mine got 3holes, they promised to bring it bt up to now they never did. I havent watched tv since december 23 n they are not helping. Im not happy with their service and I need your help. They failed to assist me when I
