Unhelpful and incompetent

I was about to purchase an air conditioner from Makro Ottery. The salesman was unable to help with an installer so he called the samsung representative present in the store. I was given the samsung call centre number who referred me to my nearest store for further information. The sales assistant at Samsung Canal Walk was extremely unhelpful with a bad attitude.

I will never purchase a samsung product if this is how a potential customer is treated.
