No after sales service

My Samsung S4 (5months old) has a swollen battery that shuts down after 20% drainage and my charger makes a hissing sound.

I phoned Samsung to find out what I must do and where to go, I was told Samsung Centry City (closest to me)

I go to Samsung, stand in a line for 1 hour and only 1 person has moved in the line, a few of us decided to leave, because standing in a quue for that long is rediculous! I ask is this the only place for samsung repairs/warranty claims, the young lady says yes (in a very unhelpful manner)

This will be my last samsung product as there is no after sales service, SHOCKING actually!
