Summons agains Samsung SA

I own a samsung 3D led model number au40c7000, I paid over R20 000 for my tv.

I can't find the active glasses for my model anywhere,

I've contacted samsung head office, samsung store canal walk, samsung agents and contractors, went to game, dion wired, hi fi corp, let me repair and liptronics.

Nobody can help me locate the glasses.

I'm not appointing an attorney to take this matter to court to sue for damages and the replacement of the tv.

I had enought.
