SAMSUNG PRODUCT

My tv is now in for 5 weeks at the samsung store.
They keep on lying to me and keep on blaming samsung.
They keep ons telling me they or some one will call me back but it does not happen

I think samsung products is not backed by goods service and only by a bunch of skeemers and lying salesmen.

If anybody think of using Samsung products think again.

I had to replace the following:

1 plasma TV
1 plasma in for repairs.
1 dual door fridge / freezer
My dish washer is more faulty that it is switched on.
They cannot maintain any products in South Africa.

Be carefull not to buy Samsung products
