SHAME ON SAMSUNG!

Bought a mini HIFI MX-E630 with Karioki function. Told that Phillips Micro phone compatible - is not! Phoned SAMSUNG call centre REF # 7112043720 and told only SAMSUNG corded microphone compatible and available at SAMSUNG CANAL WALK - called that shop 2 weeks ago and was told out of stock. Called yesterday and was told they do not and have never stocked it but try Audio Vision - DION Wired - they do not stock either! So now I have the HI FI but no function! Tried to contact SAMSUNG via their website online but the product I bought does not exist so unable to write an email. Tried to order microphone on SAMSUNG ONLINE but no corded microphones offered! I find myself thinking why I must run around and how hard is it to get solutions from a company like this so either the product is poor or falsely advertised and the Karioki function does not work properly or SAMSUNG cannot provide the required microphone is SA - either way - I am unhappy and unsatisfied with SAMSUNG as they cannot provide or suggest any reasonable solution. I purchase all my office - 25 people - PC's, mobile phones, monitors, etc. and will in future elect brands that have proper after sales service!
