Samsung does not honour warranties

Beyond bizarre and rediculous, our samsung series 7 led 3d tv broke just 3 months afer being repaired by samsung repair centre, took it back after contacting samsung.
Week later got a call from the service centre to say tv repair was approved but when followed up no one knew anything about our tv, so contacted Mr Sthembiso Kunene of samsung and explained the situation he agreed that it was not good enough and would replace the tv. So we over the moon... til day before Christmas when we are informed by samsung to contact store where we bought set seems now the serial no. on tv does not match the extended warranty, so bottom line I just threw away over R20 000 as Samsung refuse to honour the 3 year warranty and store claims no fault.
Thanx for the awesome Xmas gift Samsung, be warned consumers as it took 6 mths to get our tv back after first catastrophic failure and now can just chuck tv away! Buy any other brand but the sold by Samsung is just with blinking lights! and the only guarentee from them is that u will be severly out of pocket and exceptionally unhappy with their product and service!
