Samsung Repair centre won't repair phone

A 4 month old Samsung S3 phone suddenly stops charging and is taken to cell service provider (Autopage) for repair under warranty (on 18 Feb 2013)
It was sent to Smart Electronics (Samsung) and no communication received from them despite me checking every week.
I went to Autopage on 15 March to check in person and was advised that repairer (Samsung?) say the phone has water damage and is beyond economic repair. The phone has never been near water and I am willing to attest to this under oath. The phone was 100% and suddenly stopped charging. That is all.
All I want is Samsung to honour their warranty.
