On 6 Dec I Paid for a Nikon D7100 with a 18-105mm and 150-500mm lenses. I immediately got a mail confirming POP, informing me that the camera would be delivered the next Monday. On Monday morning I received a mail from the courier company stating that I had to pay an additional R3350 for customs duties, which I duly paid even though nothing was ever mentioned previously about this. On Tuesday I received another mail from the courier stating that there were two packages, and that I had to pay another R3350, Which I grudgingly paid because I wanted the camera badly. When checking the tracking number, I noticed that the weight od the package, containing one S7100 body, one 18-105 lens, one 150-500 lens, one camera bag and one tripod was 34 pounds? On Wednesday I received a mail from Best camera to advise me that they had "accidentally" put an extra lens into the package, and that I had to "balance" them to the amount of R5000 so that they could instruct the courier to deliver. After several mails they told me that it was a 105mm lens. I told them that I did not want or need the lens and to remove it. They refused, and I'm still without camera. The courier may be in cahoots
